Any help please with Stephen Howells Born 1859c Russells Lodge West Dean,who did he marry and have I got the right death 20th Jan 1918 Parkend where it says his wife was in charge of Burial.

If this is any help I found Henry Howells b1849 Redbrook:

1871 Census: Western Valley's Terrace, Aberystruth, Monmouthshire
- with Selina & Josiah Hopkins,their nephew Thomas Evans Hopkins
& boarder Henry Howells ‎(b1849 Redbrook).

Hi Stephen was born at midday on June 4th 1858 to Thomas Howells and Ann Darby, he married Hagar Jones, keep in mind though that he did have a cousin also called Stephen Howells who was born in 1859 in Pontlottyn to his Uncle Edward Howells, so not sure which one you were tracking as Thomas and Edward were brothers, father was Stephen Howells.
