Richard Overbury - where to find out more information (General)

Hi there,

I've traced my mother's paternal line back to the current limit, Richard Overbury (bur.23 Mar 1783, Minsterworth and married 3 Apr 1764 in Minsterworth. I know of him through a number of documents, including on here. The marriage entry lists him as being 'of this parish' but he's not listed as being baptised here. Now, I realise that he just may not have been baptised at all or in a faith that's listed on here.

Basically I'm asking (or pleading!!) if anyone has any suggestions as to where I can look next. Overbury isn't a particularly uncommon surname so looking in bordering parishes is going to be rather tough. Also, I have no anchoring point. He was married in Minsterworth and was buried there so even if I find a Richard Overbury elsewhere I'll never know...

For reference his family were
WIFE - Phoebe GRASHING (bap 26 Dec 1744) Minsterworth

three of his kids (he had tons)
William Overbury (bap 14 Jul 1771, Minsterworth, bur.6 May 1824 Minsterworth)
Phoebe Overbury (bap 27 May 1767, bur 31 May 1767, both in Minsterworth)
Richard Overbury (bap 27 May 1772, Minsterworth)

Thanks for your time.

9 August 1724, Thomas TURNER of St Mary de Lode m Ann CLARK of Ross, Hereford
