thanks to all for your replies but actually my query was about his occupation i.e.
sculptor as I cannot find any reference about his work or him as a sculptor
any ideas ????

Edward george Neblitt occupation given as sculptor I have had no joy in tracing a sculptor by this name. Or was the word sculptor used as a general description for someone who worked with stone i.e.mason, stone mason,or even a quarryman?
