Are you descended from Edwin Vimpany? I do not know much about Edmund except that he came from Saul & married Susanna Wintle at Westbury on 22nd January 1811. Susanna was the daughter of John Wintle & the sister of Joseph the linen draper (see my original post). Edmund died aged 38 in 1821 & Susanna in 1819 aged 30. Their other children, Elizabeth, Edmund, & Susan, were left money & property in the will of Thomas Wintle, another brother of Joseph & Susanna.
