George Burlow is remembered on the WW1 memorial plaque in Pauntley Church. See Pauntley MIs on this site for Burlow MI. Before her marriage to Henry Burlow, Emily Reynolds (known as Emma) was working in Wimbledon as a domestic servant in 1891 and Henry was employed as a farm labourer to John Leather Stelfox of Waldon Court. The Burlows are recorded in Eric Warde's book, 'They didn't walk far'.
