I am currently transcribing the baptism records for 1978 but am unable to read the signature of the minister. Does anyone know who was the minister in 1978.

It is possible that the name you seek is the Reverend Gerald Albert Satterly.
The Revd Satterly was Priest in Charge from 1980 but from 1973 was at the adjoining parish of Awre with Blakeney. Newnham and Awre with Blakeney were joined in 1980.
