Elizabeth BROOKS was my 3x great grandmother and I saw this written about her in tje 1871 census Elizabeth BROOKS 82 Ruardean Southern Cross. Does anyone know anything about "Southern Cross", please?

I think she is living at/near Smithers Cross :-)
