Genealogy Services - Searching of Burial and Cremation Registers.

All records of burials and cremations within Gloucester City are held at Gloucester Crematorium, Coney Hill Road, Gloucester, GL4 4PA.

Applications for information from the registers must be made in writing to the above location, along with a cheque made payable to Gloucester City Council for £36.37 for the search fee.

As much information as possible regarding the name and date of burial should be given with the application.

Members of the public can also search the records personally however you should give 24 hours notice so the staff can make sure they have the relevant registers in the office. The fee payable for this is £36.37
