I only recently joined the Forest of Dean family history forum. My name is Linda Gatfield, Douglas Gatfield was my father, and Emma Selby was my grandmother. I was surprised to read that another Linda Gatfield had been in touch with you, although I know that there is someone with the same name as me who used to live in the same area in Sydney.
I am very interested in finding out more about the Selby family. Emma and William Gatfield had two sons and two daughters. Douglas emigrated to Australia in 1966. My sister and I live in Sydney, but both my parents died some time ago.
