Thomas and Elizabeth Williams (General)

I have found the marriage of the above on this site, dated 18 / 09 / 1836 in Monmouth. The parents of both sides are blank on the transcript. I would really like to trace their parents. Thomas was a Maltster and they lived in Monnow Street, Monmouth.

Would I be able to find information about their parents anywhere.
