Trying to find correct place of burial - Elsie M HUMPRIES (General)

Thank you 'slowhands' for your help and guidance...at present I haven't got any more details on where she was living at time of death. I ordered a death cert but it never arrived so after much to-ing and fro-ing with records office, i have had to start from scratch and order again. I only know it listed death as Forest of Dean....
