I have to say again Admin, that I find it very irritating when threads get locked. So to carry on with :

Thanks to all the replies. I think I now have it right and have adjusted my Family Tree accordingly :
The Elizabeth Emily Cook who married Cornelius Ward 1863 at Drybrook 11 Apr 1884 was the daughter of James Cook 1837 & Eliza Sier, they married 13 Jun 1859 Cinderford :

The witnesses at the marriage of Cornelius Ward & Elizabeth Emily Cook were Edwin & Sarah Sier, so pretty conclusive.
They stay in my family tree as Charlotte Hale who married Cornelius's father Charles Ward had a sister Harriett 1814 who married James Whittington 1809 and their daughter Lucy 1837 married Henry Hale 1835 a 4th cousin 3 times removed.
Timothy Nelmes married Emily Cook daughter of James Cook and Leah.
Interesting that Emily was working in Weston super Mare in 1881 and married first to Henry Horsington from that area, which is very near to where I live.
Thanks Simone for your information and Slowhands for the 1911 Census for Timothy Nelmes that I didn't have.
