I have just started doing research on the above family for an uncle. His father was John William James who was born at Windrush, Oldcroft in 1890. His grandfather was Thomas Philip James, a collier, born 1867 who married Sarah Anne Sandford born 1868 in Lydney. Any information would be gratefully received.
