Thomas Eustace. shoemaker (General)

Thomas Eustace listed as father on my Gx2 grandfathers marriage cert and birthplace Stoke Edith.Been told a Thomas Eustace buried at St Mary 16/06/1820 but been unable to locate records. His son, my Gg x2 was Joseph and moved to Cheshire in his 20,s. From then on the family went under name of EUSTANCE with N added.A Thomas wed A Catherine born 1771 but cannot be certain same Thomas. Any help much appreciated as I,ve drawn a total blank. Thanks Sue
