Could Jemima WILLIAMS also be Jemima TAYLOR/TYLER? (General)

The problem is that the only 1802 christening is for Jemimey/Jemima Taylor base child of Sarah Taylor, but ... there is a Sarah Taylor marrying William Williams in 1803. Is this likely to be pure coincidence or a possible link?

Sounds very plausible Jemima would have been know as Williams for her young life
