William BRAIN abt 1806 children of second marriage (General)

I am wondering if you ever solved this riddle?

I have a theory but would love someone else to confirm this for me.

William Brain was married to a Susan/Susannah Harris (nee Hayward) - daughter of John Hayward. Prior to their marriage she was a widow - I believe she was previously married to James Harris and are shown on the 1841 census as living with their daughter Mary Ann. I am assuming Williams 'daughter' Mary was actually his step daughter and really named Mary Ann Harris. As for where she disappeared to ?

Margaret married a George Tyler
