The memo details had got truncated in the website database so I have amended the record so it now shows the full text.

1744 - Triparte Indenture on the marriage of John Warr (yeoman) of Linton to Martha Bonner, daughter of John Bonner (carpenter) of Weston under Penyard, and Anthony Webb (mason) of Linton. Bonner & Webb were trustees. 3 acres of The Doles were converted to an orchard and 1 acre was a meadow. The tenant of John Warr was Elizabeth Serjent (widow) of Glebelands and Woodend Farm, Baston's Hill (12 acres), Shutton Croft (orchard) 2 acres, Upper & Lower Studleys, arable land (3 acres), cottages etc. and the Burnt Garden. (taken from documents relating to Linton Shop & Rawmarsh).
