JESSOP family Parkend 1920 - 1948 (General)
Hi Tony, in reference to cemetery plans for St Pauls Parkend, at the Glos Archives Office there is a plan of the graves around the church showing plot numbers, but no cross references to say who is buried where. Many of the headstones have been removed as they were unsafe. There are also chronological listings of burials at the office for the 2 other graveyards, but no actual plans of who is buried where. Last year on a family visit to Parkend (I am a Parkend boy, now living in Sydney Australia) we were able to locate the burial plot of a great aunt of mine who was buried in an unmarked grave by relating her grave plot to other named plots in the same chronological area of the graveyard - it worked for us, maybe it will work for you?!, Based on the dates you list, I would think you need to be looking in the graveyard below the church through the lytch gate.
I hope this helps you!?
regards, PEG
