Marriage of Eliza JONES states Christopher JONES as father (General)

I have Thomas Howell married to Eliza Jones 1843, St Briavels, marriage is on this site. Eliza states dad as Christopher Jones, labourer.

Anyone know who he is.. I can't find him anywhere :(
