Barzillai Meek 1793 (General)

I know there have been numerous threads about this gentleman, but can anyone help me by clarifying if the Brissol/Bazel Meeke baptised in Abenhall 1st August 1794 is the same as the Barzillai Meek I have in my tree, 1793 - 1863, who married Elizabeth Jones and Hannah Cowmeadow? Sorry if I am repeating information already out there, but I did try and search the forum first! Thank you.
