I have followed this thread with great interest and as usual have gained information from your informative posting.

To add to the information you have shown; John Meredith 1805 & Maria Davis also had a daughter in 1826, who was obviously elsewhere in 1841 :

Theophillia married twice, the first to James Parsons 1823 in 1845, they had 8 children including Mary Parsons 1847, she married Timothy Yemm 1847 on 7 Apr 1871.

You probably know where I am going here........ Timothy Yemm was the daughter of Amos Baldwin Yemm 1819 & Rebecca Marfell 1816.

Another child of James Parsons & Theophillia Meredith - William Parsons 1852 married Florence Davis 1852 in Cinderford 8 Sep 1872 and their descendents lead to the Hale & Meek families.

Following the death of James Parsons in Aug 1890, Theophillia remarried to Thomas Baldwin in 1891. With such a name you have to expect some variation in the spelling :
