Registers move outrage

CINDERFORD town council has reacted angrily to the decision to remove family records from the Forest of Dean.

Councillors claim poor and elderly residents will be the worst affected by moving birth, marriage and death registers to the Archives Office in Gloucester.

They say the decision was made without any consultation.
