Henry TOMLINS 1804-1841 (General)

by pault15, Saturday, March 26, 2011, 21:44 (4995 days ago)

hi

I am looking for the parents of Henry Tomlins (1804-1841) who married Ann (1796-1842). I think it could be William and Sarah or William and Blanch. Any ideas?

thanks

Paul

Henry TOMLINS 1831 Coleford - prior thread

by pault15, Sunday, March 27, 2011, 14:09 (4994 days ago) @ slowhands

Thank you very much for your help.

Unfortunately there are two Henry-Ann combinations i.e. Henry and Ann nee Smith are the parents of Henry who married Ann Vaughan. What I would like to find out are the parents of Henry 1804-1841 who lived in Newland. I think it could be William who married Sarah Morgan in 1799, but I have also found a reference to a William and Blanch.

Blanch

by m p griffiths @, Monday, March 28, 2011, 08:27 (4993 days ago) @ pault15

What date for Blanch (SMITH?) are you looking for?

There is a marriage on FOD at Westbury on Severn

3 June 1810

James BOSELEY - Batchelor of Flaxley

married

Blanch SMITH - Spinster - otp (Westbury)

by Licence

witnesses: Jonathan SMITH, Sarah GREEN, Anthony BENNETT

Officiating Minister, Richard WETHERELL (Vicar)

or...

if you use the Advance Search for baptisms - surname SMITH, mother: Blanch - there are some 1700's + baptisms
