There is a marriage in the Westbury S. district dec quart 1903 vol 6a page 607 for Henry George Tibbs and Edith Annie Witts. Their children were:

Harold Reginald Tibbs b. mar quart 1897 Westbury S. vol 6a page 256 bap. 10 Nov 1904 St. Stephen's Cinderford(b. 17 Feb 1896 6 years before parents marriage - perhaps explains why they waited to have him baptised until 1904!)
