I am looking for any Taylor families in and around St. Briavels.

In my family tree I have a baby born with the following information

William Taylor Lewis
born: November 18, 1878 Beaconsfield, St. Briavels Common
baptized: Feb. 9, 1879 St. Briavels

mother: Sarah Ann Lewis of Beaconsfield, St. Briavels Common.
grandfather: Henry Lewis of Beaconsfield, St. Briavels Common
grandmother: Mary Worgan Lewis (deseased at time of birth) Hyndalls

Could there be a William Taylor in the area, who could be the father?
Or a Taylor man who named the boy after his own father (grandfather William Taylor?)

Would there be any mentions of children born out of wedlock in any local newspapers?

Would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
