Hi Pete,
I think you're correct, I cannot see him anywhere at all within the Wills section trying various searches.
The only vaguely ? relevant record I've found that might be him is a John Robins present as a Jury member at two Aylburton Parish Inquests, in 1897 and 1901 at the George Inn.
