Ernest Samuel WALFORD 1879 Lydbrook (General)

Many thanks for the information on the Walford family, most of which I had except the 1901 census which has left me a bit confused as to who was Edmond J Lewelling from Burford, Somerset. He is described as being a brother of my great x2 grandfather Richard Walford. I have checked the IGI and found an Edmund J Flewelling baptised at Burford, Somerset in 1877 the son of George Flewelling. Does anyone know of an Edmund J Flewelling of Lydbrook which might help me solve the mystery?
