Free Wills Access on Ancestry for 7 Days (General)

Good afternoon one and all,
just thought I'd mention that Ancestry is offering free 7 days access, starting now, to their apparently exclusive Probate Wills collection.

"The National Probate Calendar, 1861-1941,
is one of our most valuable collections. If your forebears passed on any sort of property, you’re likely to discover crucial details such as where and when they died and how much they left."

ALSO

"At the same time, we’re also making Andrews Newspaper Index Cards, 1790–1976, completely free. This fascinating collection was created by heir hunters – so it may contain priceless information about where your family’s money ended up."

Hope this helps and good luck.

(ps to those who find they've inherited a lost fortune, please remember who told you this... ;-)
