Thomas Miles at Orrpool Newland (General)

I have not been able to fine hard facts about my Thomas Miles' birth so I am most interested in your John Miles' brother Thomas. The wedding certificate of our Thomas Miles dated 1850 tells us that he was married at the Doward Chapel and that his father was William Miles a farmer. In the 1841 census there is a William and Phebe Miles farming near Coleford and I have assumed that they were Thomas' parents. Their son Thomas was 13 which gives a birth date of about 1826 or 1827. Later census records tell us that Thomas was born at Hewelsfield but the age calculated from these later records are not a good fit with 1826/1827 date but are a good fit with the estimated birth date for your ancestor John Miles brother Thomas of 1821/2. Do you have a birth record for Thomas? I would certainly love to see it.
