Two birth records for Mary MILES (General)

In my admittedly limited experience it wasn't that unusual to be Baptised more than once, at different places, although admittedly these notes are rather odd !
I see there's quite a few Mary Miles being born/Baptised in the Forest around that time, although of course only the above two have Wm & Phoebe. I did wonder if, from the odd dates, these are actually two different Marys with the first dying as an infant ?.. I've seen such things a few times in my own research.
However I cannot find a relevant Burial Record on this site.
Looking at all Mary Miles Marriage Records for Newland & Coleford abt 1820 or so only gives this one.

Sadly no parent's names or brides' age quoted to check against.
Despite this site having PRs for 49 Mary Jones in Newland alone I cannot see your Mary's, so again no clues there, sorry.

Daft question but do you know for definite if there were one or perhaps two Marys ?.
