The Kirke family - Bristol (General)

Many thanks for your informative reply, especially about the landscape. My interest has been in the Kirke family that have taken me back from Reading to New Romney then to Bampton in Oxfordshire and then to Bristol and Blaisdon - quite a journey, taken over approx 160 years. I suspect that the Kirkes didn't originate from the latter and wonder just where this trail will lead me next. Thanks again for your input. Regards Fred
