Mr T PARRY - Lower Redbrook - Circa 1902 (General)

by unknown, Saturday, August 06, 2011, 22:21 (4865 days ago)

This is not a family search but I've recently acquired a old brass spectacles case with the inscription Mr T Parry, Lw'r Redbrook, Gloucestershire 1902 and would be interested to find out what I can about him?

Cheers

Tom PARRY 1847-1928 - Lower Redbrook

Thanks Slowhands

It's becoming clearer already.

This is the Parry family that hauled livestock in and out of the local markets; but come to think of it haven't noticed their truck around for some while now - but again that could be since the Closure of Monmouth Market - Strange how things taken for granted often dissapear without noticing?

By the way; While I've got the opportunity I'm intrigued as to where you're based from - unless of course you're related to T.V. 'Stigg' (Top Gear)

Cheers and thanks again for the help

Thanks for this - would it be imposing to ask if you have any record of death?

That will do then - I propose to print the info off and place it in the spectacle case for whoever to find in the future.

Cheers
