Richard BURRUPP married Jane BOULTON in Dymock 1670 (General)

Thanks to the hard work of contributors to this excellent website, I have been able to trace my family back to the Burrupps who lived in Dymock.

In 1670, Richard Burrupp married Jane Boulton in Dymock.

I know I should be grateful at that but is there any chance that there is information about this particular Richard's baptism?

Or does anyone have any information about whether this was a significant family in the area? Until yesterday, I have to confess I had never heard of this surname - nor of Dymock!

Thanks

Did you use the 'Soundex' when searching BURRUPP for Dymock on FOD records? - as there appears to be BURROP/BURRUP/BURROPPE etc in Dymock (some going back to the 16th century)

There is a burial for example of a Rychard BOROPE at Dymock 25 December 1581

CLDS do have a baptism at St Leonards Upton, Gloucestershire

Richard BURRUP - 17 December 1749 - parents Richard & Sarah

Yes thanks - I did use the Soundex but as you can see neither of these Richards could be the one who married Jane Boulton. Of course - maybe he didn't get baptised, or the records are lost..... I just thought it was worth asking.. just in case.
Thanks for taking the time to reply anyway.
