Hi Peter, welcome to the forum.
Please may I suggest you may like to edit your posts to remove your personal email address - see the "Help-FAQ" section (from top blue menu bar) to see why. Sadly you leave yourself open to receiving spam email (and worse) from unscrupulous internet watchers worldwide.
Secondly, if you return to Jan's post you'll see her name is still displayed in blue, which is good. This shows she's been active on the forum within the last 12 months (Sometimes new posters try to reply to much older threads/posts hoping to contact members who's names are displayed in grey and are hence highly unlikely to see their intended messages).
The blue text shows it's a hyperlink. If you click on it you can see she hasn't actually been on the forum very often at all, and not for some months, so it's unlikely she'll see your post very soon if at all. However via the same hyperlink you can send her a direct email which hopefully she'll see next time she opens her email inbox, irrespective of looking on the forum. Also this is a much safer means of sending personal contact details etc.

I do hope this helps and you make contact soon.

Atb Jeff.

ps I'll also send this message via your direct mail form.
