trade and business of Wine and Spirit Merchants and Dealers in Wines and Spirits, in the town of Coieford, in the county of Gloucester, under the style or firm of H. and
C. Tippins, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. And that the said Charles Porter Tippins will henceforth carry on the said trade or business in the said town on his own separate account. All debts due to and by the said partnership will
be respectively received and paid by the said Charles Porter Tippins.—As witness our hands this 14th day of September, 1869.
