Watts of Lydney book 1851 - 1965 (General)
by unknown, Monday, May 14, 2012, 18:58 (4571 days ago)
I have a copy of this book which was written by Cyril Hart in 1965 and describes the history of the Watts family and their businesses. There are some interesting photographs of the Watts family, Watts employees and of Lydney and the surrounding area.
I would like to pass the book on to someone who is interested in the book and will appreciate it, so I will offer it free of charge to the first person who contacts me by email.

I have a copy of the book mentioned and am still very interested in this family.
My wife is a direct descendant of William Stephens and Sarah Pearce (of Clearwell) via their son Matthew who immigrated to Australia.

Their daughter Elizabeth married David Lazarus Watts

Is the book still available please? I would love to receive if it were as Josiah Stephens and Clara Ester Watts are the great uncle/aunt of my mother in law, and I'm sure the book will be of much interest to the family.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks
