George Warren born 1855 Cliffords Mesne (General)
Hi there
I am having trouble finding out any more information about George Warren. The information I have found is that he was born in 1855 in Cliffords Mesne Gloucestershire, he lived with (not sure if they were married) a Jane Escourt on the 1901 census and have children named Alice, Albert, William and Alfred in Ashperton Herefordshire.
I am looking for any information about him or Jane Escourt and William who was my Great Grandfather.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you
Jacquie

I too am trying to do research on this family and have found it very difficult. I am still looking for Jane Estcourt on the 1891 Census - beleive that William may have died in 1890 - so not appearing on 1891 Census - it seems a very mixed up family.
I had researched that Jane was Jane Moreland Stoddart and that she married William in 1882 Gloucester, making it pretty much in line with Alice being born in 1884. So, was Albert the son of William too?

Thank you so much for that information - will help a lot. did have the Census with William, James and the Badham's on - so pleased that was confirmed as correct.
Can move forward now.
Thank you again.
Shirley D.
When I was searching the Sandhurst pages earlier it was very strange to see a 'Dalley' amongst them. Mine were from Ledbury though.
