Hi

I am one of Gladys Adlam's (nee Giles) sons, Stephen. My Mum was Harold's sister. Sadly, Mum passed away on 1st August this year and it was her funeral yesterday which is what prompted me to find out a little bit more about her roots. We use to live a few streets away from (Auntie) Hilda and saw her almost every day when we were growing up. My memories of (Uncle) Harold are very vague. I have vague memories of Ronnie Giles and I met his son Kevin at the funeral yesterday. (Auntie) Olive is the only surviving sibling.
