The nearest I've found on the IGI for Jemme James is a James James christened Newland 15-7-1751 parents William and Elizabeth. The LDS/IGI isnt complete.

I'm a bit clueless about looking through parish records, I tend to get my info off the internet, so perhaps theres someone out there who could do a look up for you.
