Kate Bullock Longhope (General)

I am trying to find as much information of Kate Hitt (recorded as HETT in the 1901 census below). I know from her marriage certificate to George that her maiden name was BULLOCK and that her father was ALFRED and she was born in Longhope. However, I cannot find any Kate Bullock born abt 1864 that matches these details. I have seen records of a family in Longhope that seemed a possibility and that was ALFRED/MIRA (COATES) but there is no record of a Kate as a daughter.

The children named Alfred and Myra seems too strong a signal to ignore :-)
Julia and Elizabeth seem to be in Service and have moved to Nottingham.
Is simply Elizabeth 1857 claiming to be 6 years younger in later life ?
