The Hoggins ....

Just North East of St Briavels ( village) taking the Coleford road out, at the end of the straight section of road ( say 3/4 mile) is a farm called "Little Hoggins"

I suspect the Hoggins refers to what is now know as the Great Hoggins.

About 1/2 mile south east on the St Briavels to Bream lane is "Great Hoggins" farm.
