William Cooke 1660 - 1713 (General)

The MP (one of two) for Gloucester in 1679 was William Cooke (1620-1703)of Highnam Court. There were others of the same name and place, both before and after him, who occupied the same position. Something of a family business it appears. I guess at least part of the Forest was included in his territory.
