will you be advertising this event, and requesting material, in the local papers etc ?. I ask as my sister and family live in Coalway and would probably like to attend if they know about it.
Also, she works at Coalway School so is possibly in a good position to try and help gain interest via the pupils - have you considered approaching such groups, I'm sure the schools will be talking about WW1 in lessons, they certainly are in this area(West London) ??
