If you mean the Inquest, it is on the FoD site that you are currently viewing.

There is a blue band across the top of this page. Click where it says Resources.
On the drop down Menu click on Inquests. Enter TYE and 1925 on the Search Page and that will bring the Inquest Index up. Then click on View Transcript.

If this is the right man, then he died in 1925 and the Inquest is on this site.

Click on Resources and then Inquests, where you can read the Transcription.

Does anyone have access to these reports please?

It looks like it was a very unfortunate accident, and very sad for his family.

Hopefully someone will be able to post the newspaper reports I listed in full, although there may not be much more info in them.

I am going through this 'sometimes faint and chewed' records

which starts on Page 4 where he enlisted 10 February 1915 (Bury Hill, Coleford)

Expdy Force to France - 3 March 1916

Page 9 : A postcard from Warwick forwarding his Victory Medal - 26 November 1921

Page headed up WILL dated 10 October 1918 - but blank pages afterwards

Military History Sheet - as best as I can make out, will re-check

Home 10 February 1915 till 2 March 1916 - (1 year 21 days)
E.F.France - 3 March 1916 till 30 January 1917 (307 days)
Home - 4 January 1917 - 16 April 1917 (106 days)
E.F. France - 20 April 1917 - 16 October 1917 - (180 days)
Home - 17 October 1917 - 30 October 1918 - (1 year 14 days)

Total: 3 years 263 days

His discharge papers are on there - 6 December 1918 No: 18337 and he was a Corporal
King George Hospital Stafford St. London (no longer physically fit)

He was absent w/o leave for a few days - I think in 1915

The records go up to Page 42 with some blank pages in between

On Page 32 - - 13 May 1918 - Central Military Hospital, Chatham

and on Page 35 - he is Sgt. A TYE - and Elects under AGI 1632 of 19 to returned the 2d per day etc etc.
