Gloucestershire Archieve Goal Record - William Miles (General)

On the Gloucestershire Archieves website database, I found an ancestor of mine, William Miles in 1831 with a goal record reference of Q/Gc5/4 in Awre. What information would be found on this goal record? I am debating whether to send for it or not to include in my family research.
