Doward Family (General)
I have started researching my family tree and wondered if there were any families still in the Forest with the Doward surname.I know my Great Grandfather John Doward and was married in Parkend in 1852 and at that time was living in Breams Eaves and later lived in Sling (Clearwell Meend)where he was a farmer and shopkeeper They had 9? children with five being male and have wondered if they all moved away from the Forest
