Joice Selina Roberts - missing marriage (General)

Back in 2008 there are some previous threads on Joyce Selina Roberts, she is part of my wife's Roberts family. We do have the marriage certificate of her and Alfred Weyman, which gives the following details

Date 11/4/1904

Location Westbury on Severn Registry Office

Alfred William Weyman Aged 30 Bachelor
Occupation Collier
Residence Cinderford
Fathers Name William Weyman Occ General Labourer

Joyce Selina Pricely Aged 29
Residence Mitcheldean
Fathers Name Anthony Roberts Occ Miner

In those previous threads it was thought that a marriage of a Slina Rooberts and a Jonathan Priestley in 1896 in Bradford could be her first one, but it is not Joyce Selina Roberts as it states that her father is John Roberts, occupation Farmer.

We are no closer the finding this Priestley/Pricely marriage other than there might now be a Plymouth Brethren connection
