I went there today and found it as shown on the map I linked to. To find it, go down Joyford Hill to the point where Bicknor Street joins it. Then walk along the narrow lane immediately opposite Bicknor Street. I only went as far as the gate into the property. You'll probably need to go right onto the property to see the building properly.
