Hi Petrina,
as you probably know, normally you should be able to email other users via this forum, by clicking on the blue envelope icon by their username, or by clicking their username itself. This then allows you to write a private/secure message that will be sent direct to their email inbox, rather than appear on the forum. If they reply (by email) then you will then automatically receive their email address too.

HOWEVER, I see no such icon against DI Elsmore's username, perhaps this is an issue that Admin can please help with ?

EDIT. I see that D.I.Elsmore needs to "Show e-mail link" in their user profile section, see
