Richard Powell Family (1780-1871) Lydney (General)

My gggg-grandfather Richard Powell, was born abt 1788 in Lydney. He married Elizabeth Harris on Nov-07-1811 in Lydney. They had the following 3 sons Richard, James and William who were all born in Lydney. William Powell, their middle son is my ggg-grandfather who married Mary Smith on Jan-25-1838 in Lydney.

I am trying to find information on my gggg-grandfather Richard Powell's family including his parents and/ siblings. I have already found him on the 1841, 1851 and 1861 censuses living in Lydney. His wife Elizabeth died sometime between the 1851 census and the 1861 census as Richard was listed as a widower on the 1861 census where he was living with his son James Powell, his wife Hannah and their children.

Any information pertaining to his family especially the location of their burial would be appreciated. Thanks..... Deb
